Nuts and seeds are super healthy but most of us don't eat enough of them. They are a great natural source of vitamins, minerals, protein, fat and fiber. All nuts and seed are energy dense means they have a high calories and eating only a handful per day provides enough nutritional benefits and fights off hunger.
